I never go there. Is there any fun to be had there?

It's a chore finding anything in "Hot topics" and it seems like to much of an effort to pick through all the other scrappy "forums".

Doctor made me up my dose of antidepressant, I feel worse
I barely manage to go out 10 minutes a day now, if I even can get out at all.
Friends are away or occupied, no one to talk too I'm bored.

Is it seroquel that you're taking? My roommate had it prescribed to him (for sleep?!!? - SEVERE insomnia) and, well, he slept fine...he barely moved for two days. He found out that he can split the pill into ONE-EIGHTH doses, and sleep fine with it.

I tried a similar 1/8 dose once, and I didn't like it; I was very draggy all of the next day.

Is a full dose meant to calm people who are in a complete screaming frenzy?

I'm not sure what good an antidepressant is, if it grinds your life to a near halt. There has to be something moderate, and better.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome in my right wrist (and a bit in my left), but it's kept pretty much under control just by wearing a brace to bed. But today it's flaring up like crazy. At lunch, I tried texting a friend - a short, one sentence text - and I had to pause twice because it hurt so bad just pressing the screen lightly with my fingers. Luckily, I dug up an old wrist brace at work, and I'm now bound up and putting along. But ouch.

I used to suffer from that too (well still, but so much less). The brace helped a lot. And just switching hand for anything (well except masturbation it's too difficult changing hand).
