For those of you who know somebody (a friend, your bf/partner/husband, relative, etc.) who works the overnight shift, please, please, pretty please understand that we, who do work the night watch aren't mad at you, and we don't hate you.

But folks have to understand something very clearly. The middle of the afternoon is actually the middle of the night for us.

So when my boss from my housekeeping job called me at 3pm this afternoon - don't get me wrong, I love the guy dearly. He and his gf are family to me. He and his gf gave me my start here in Dallas, and I will always love them as family for that.

But when he called me up at 3pm this afternoon - not for work, but just to ride with him when he goes to pick up a friend's daughter from school. Do you know how much I wanted to tell him off?! :grrr:

Really, you woke me up for that, and now I can't go back to sleep, and have to be up for the next 18 hours on 5 hours sleep.

A friend of me came and voluntarily try to fix router of my internet connection, I asked him to move the router inside my room<--- it was my fault too asking that because a silly guy from comcast put it in front of my living room. He takes a few minutes to reinstall everything but when he forgot how to put it back..I meant the cable wont connect!! #-o

It took so long with back and forth calling to comcast- customer service, cramping his style and that made him slightly embarrassed, so I forgive him -_-
Finally- after long negotiation with comcast operator, the conclusion is: he accidentally broke the router when he unplugged everything and I must get a new one from comcast-dealer nearby. I can use the internet, like right now but only if the router- connect with the modem- which in living room under tv. I cant use it in other place because that will messing with cable, phone and all that shit.

I dont have time this weekend to go to comcast dealer- so right now, everytime I want to check internet, I must be stay under tv and my masturbation night also ruined cuz I choke my chicken under TV- glad Im living alone -_-

Damn you good friend! :x
 
According to a local TV news website here, right now at about 930am in the morning, it's overcast and now 49*F degrees in Dallas-Fort Worth, and expected to get progressively worse throughout the day. Tomorrow morning, we're supposed to be in the mid to upper 20s here in the city. Normally, I absolutely hate the cold. But this is the perfect weather for staying in, turning up the thermostat and enjoying some private "relaxation *|*"...
 
Both my roomie and me came home sick today. We had a good chuckle over it. I think it might be the weather. Dropped below 30 today and is expected to hit the teens tonight.

The best is when I get the "alarms" sent to my phone from my work. I had one on a date once and it was a three-alarm [meaning facility alarm]. They called me repeatedly till I answered the phone. It was an electrical fire in R&D and I had already left work two hours before it happened. Talk about a mood killer.

I hate being the only "saver" in my group of friends. Even in the dating scene it is just as bad.

Course it goes right to a circular argument that: I should save more money up but I don't want to give up XYZ. Well if you gave up XYZ, you could save a lot of money.

I could put up with a mild spender but it seems each potential date I encounter wants to spend all their money on payday.

I'm reading the history of Rhino Records. They reached a bit where they want to talk about the band The Turtles. So they give a quick biographical sketch of the band before continuing the story.

No, wait, not a quick biographical sketch. It lasted thirty-four pages before Rhino Records even comes into the picture. I don't dislike The Turtles, but if I wanted a biography on that band, I would've bought one - thanks.
