Could someone please explain something to me?

1) Why is JUDAS considered such a big flop? I love the song, I love the video, and I've not gotten tired of either (nor have my closest friends). That's remarkable. You usually get tired of songs after a month or so. Still, no one here seems to be fond of the song.

2) What happened with the original EOG video concept?

I love Judas and I think it's kind of funny that a #10 hit is considered a flop, but compared to Gaga's standards before and after Judas, the single underperformed on radio, going to the top 10 mostly due to sales, and that's why her label pulled the plug on it and moved onto Edge of Glory as early as they did.

I got the impression that mainstream radio in the US wasn't entirely accepting of the lyrical content of Judas. The song received some criticism for its use of religious imagery. Ultimately, I don't know if the message of the song comes across as clearly as it needed to (something about betraying your lover?).

I absolutely love the track and recently found some great remixes I really like.

1) It did flop for Gaga standards though. It also ruined a lot of streaks Gaga had, like all her previous songs being top 10 hits in pop and wasn't ever picked up by American radio cause of the lyrics. It still managed to make it to the top 10 in many countries, including the US and topped the dance charts. And it's been the video that has managed to get the most views from this era on YouTube.

2) It was partially used for the YAI video for some reason.

You know, instead of these numerous organisations/foundations created to help [STRIKE]raise the profile of various celebrities[/STRIKE] the less fortunate, bullied or ill amongst our community, wouldn't it make sense to pool their resources and finances, reduce overheads and just have one massive organisation with more clout?

Actually, I'd like to see organizations like this work as the fundraising arm of smaller, locally organized groups. People in the local community are better situated to make these kinds of initiatives work - they just lack the cash.

which one you think is the best? i'm about to go out to the gym by myself and this is the chance where i get to play whatever outloud without being told by my bro and my friends to turn my music off so which album? i'm not a lady gaga fan and to be honest with you, i hate her music but i'm willing to give her a chance for the fuck of it.
