Okay, so I started running again after nearly taking 3 months off from running, and I also put on like 25 pounds since I stopped running in January. Anyway, so I went running for a few days last week, and then I woke up the other morning and my left leg was very stiff and tense. And I though nothing of it, and I went running and my leg began to hurt, and this was a running burn, it was an actual pain. I thought I was having a "charlie horse" so I stopped, and I walked the rest of the way home. And yesterday and today my leg is still very stiff.
