The problem with this one is the restaurant can't be sued because they didn't lie about the consequences.

Suing the restaurant would be infantile anyway -- people should accept responsibility for their choices.
Though much of what attorneys do is infantile anyway, so I wouldn't be surprised.

The entire establishment glorifies the absurdity of bad food choices in this country. This is why America is fat. This is why we have an obesity problem in this country.
