Do me a favour. Google the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. That is one of the reasons there is so much security in the Olympic games, and it's doubly necessary in London because of decades of terrorist attacks.

The "decades of terrorist attacks" is precisely why the cops should have screened that "potential threat" in 20 seconds, rather than taking valuable law enforcement resources away from the event in order to satisfy some clown's ridiculous thirst for power.
