Sorry if we spoiled it for you. I assumed it would be shown live across the country.

CTV showed it live beginning at 4 PM and repeated it at 7:30 PM.

I think the women's b-ball game was better.

I did enjoy the women's gymnastics where they use the balls, ribbons, and hoola hoops. Watched it with my Dad.

Those ladies are true athletes. Perfect timing. Lots of makeup.

Glad it's over -- I know I sound like a broken record -- but how much volleyball do they have to broadcast?

Very happy for GB that there were no terrorist acts -- greatly relieved.

Great games. Loved that the emphasis was on the actual games and not the host country. Very successful in that sense.

Well, it's a public forum, and you consistently make these public statements (many times horrible, in my opinion). But I will respect your wishes. I kinda do agree, after all. We should only ever blow sunshine up each others' asses. That's the only way to go forward at this point.

The 2012 Olympics are over :(

What a great Olympics this year. Loved seeing those amazingly talented athletes doing what they do best. And all those beautiful asses and bulges, swoon (!) But hate that we have to wait another 4 years to see them all perform again :( Thank God for DVR! ;)

There was waaaay too much Volley Ball shown in The States......The Powers that be @ NBC really love Volley ball and televised just about every match that was outdoor & indoor....Very interesting....

I did feel sorry for the USA Men's-Doubles in Beach Volley ball...I think this was their last year and they didnt get the Gold...And was out of the game for ANY medal...I wanted to cry for them...

What took me by surprise is the Volley Ball players looked OLD...Especially all the beach Volley ball players..

I didn't get to send the end of the match -- but it appeared the Brazilians were getting tired.

That HUGE player on the Russian side -- WOW!!!!!!!

I'm guessing he's being recruited for b-ball in the USA today.

I like volleyball too -- but it was way, way over broadcast.


Oh yeah ... I'm still laughing at the women's beach team -- bras on the outside of their sweats. Wonder if NBC paid them.

Two weeks of the Olympics hijacking Bravo like television terrorists was worth it for that Spice Girls performance. I got my life from that.

I will say NBC can go fuck right off for their deplorable coverage of this Olympics. I would much rather see it go back to ABC for Sochi.

I never did watch that much of the Olympics this time around...but I should mention that I find the ROWING to be exceptionally erotic to my tastes. It does for me what gymnastics would be, except that in gymnastics the bodies are moving too fast for me to focus on parts or areas of the body that I find exceptionally appealing.
