Thanks for asking the question. It's fascinating (and personally reassuring) that nearly one-third of respondents have never had a relationship. It makes me feel like less of a freak. I've never had one either.
It's obviously not a scientific poll, but people with long relationships are decidedly in the minority. I doubt that's the case in the heterosexual world.
I think finding "true love," or something that resembles it, is very rare. Most straight people make compromises to have children. If you're not interested in having children, you have less (little) reason to compromise.
For me, until I find a guy that I really want to be with, I'd rather be alone.
