Listen, NO one was a bigger 'Lost' fan than *I* was for all of the first season.
In the second season, things began to lag, but there were enough fascinating moments to keep me tuning in...
But, I never dreamed that the show would get so boring and repetitive that I would just tune out altogether...
As much as the writers swore it wouldn't become another 'X-files', it has.
I recognize J J Abram's' writing style, and he's painting himself into the same old corner.
What we want is *concrete* answers.
1) What killed the co-pilot in season one that left him bloodied and, well,
*dead* on the tree tops ? A plume of dinosaur roaring, thunderstorm containing smoke ? Um, no... That's not gonna cut it.
2) How is it that 'Ethan Rom' (rearrange the letters, it spells out 'other man') was killed by Charlie, and yet now he's still alive and attending 'book clubs' ?
3) Gotta mention the polar bear, of course. Where did it come from, how was Sawyer able to shoot and kill it ? If they are existing, as we've been led to believe, as 'electromagnetic waves' causing hallucinations, where did the bears blood come from, and what happened to it's carcass ?
4) Where are Walt and his Father ? They were able to escape this world in just a sailboat ? If so, why wouldn't they send help ?
The Q's go on and on until you realize that you've been had. There is NO possible plausible explanation for all of this. Just endless commercial time for ABC.
