The more I hear about this guy, the worse it gets. It looks as though he may have left the country. And INTERPOL wants him now. In old blog posts, he put up pictures of himself in Paris, Moscow, New York, and London. I hope somebody finds him. He did send a letter with the human foot stating his intention to kill again.

Anyway, i've been watching this story develop on the news this whole week, and its totally nuts :0 Here is some of the REAL information on this case.

A woman apparently picked him up hitchhiking. He is now suspected to have fled to France.

MONTREAL - A woman who says she picked up porn actor and alleged sadistic killer Luka Magnotta as a hitchhiker last week says he was handsome, very polite but had a "strange expression."

The woman, who did not give her name, told QMI Agency that she picked up the 29-year-old murder suspect last Thursday in St-Lazare, Que., about 40 km west of Montreal.

She says she was driving along a highway with her son when she saw a man dressed in black who was carrying a black knapsack.

"My son and I let him in and he said he wanted to get to Ottawa or Toronto," she said Thursday.

"He was a very, very polite young man, he had nice black hair, he had piercings, he was very, very well put together."

She said the man was quiet, speaking only when she and her son asked him where he was going.

"He said he came from Montreal and he was hitchhiking to Ottawa and Toronto and that he had friends there and he did that often," the woman recalled. "I didn't feel at any time that I was in danger (though) I found that he had a very strange expression."

She said she let him off in Valleyfield, Que., near the Ontario border.

Police say the intense media spotlight and international search for Luka Rocco Magnotta, the 29-year-old suspect in the grisly slaying and dismemberment of a victim whose body parts were sent in the mail, will make it difficult for him to remain on the lam.

Interpol posted a picture and information on Magnotta, a Montreal resident, on its website Thursday among a group of nine international suspects wanted for crimes including homicide, kidnapping and organized crime.

"There is no country in the world that is not talking about him," Montreal police Cmdr. Ian Lafrenière said. "There’s a lot of heat on him. There’s a lot of pressure on him, so we believe that it’s going to be hard for him.”

Police said they have evidence that shows Magnotta left North America, but couldn't reveal what that evidence was or say definitively that he had not returned.

"If you look on different websites, you see the appearance of that person could change dramatically – from a male to a female, wearing and things like that – so that's the reason we've put a lot of effort trying to locate this suspect," Lafrenière said.

Magnotta has family in the Toronto-area, so investigators are still working with domestic police agencies in case, he said.

A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Magnotta on Wednesday......

Since its development as an international manhunt I haven't been able to find the stories focusing on the mailed body parts.

This story is moving crazy fast, and is ridiculously brutal and disgusting. it is true that he has video of himself feeding a kitten to a snake, as well as drowning kittens. Montreal police have a video tape of the murder/dismemberment, and there is reported to be a leaked copy online which a lawyer in Montana attempted to report to several police stations over the weekend. It was only last night (around 11pm) that they even had a suspect, and now they're already sure he has fled the country. This is such a crazy story that developed out of nowhere.

its especially weird to see something of this scale here on Canadian news. We don't get cases like this THAT often, so its really strange seeing them when they do come along.

There thousands of death threats and remarks from the angry public all over the world wide web. If he is seen in public he will surely be victimized..
After an investigation, it was discovered the killer to be Luka Magnotta, a bisexual porn actor living in Tolyatti Russia.An intense investigation by Rescue Ink, a television show and the FBI are underway. Millions of people around the world are outraged and are seeking justice.
Magnotta is also the husband of serial killer Karla Homolka, a hated convicted murder who killed three schoolgirls in the 1990's with her husband Paul Bernardo..
PETA and the RSPCA of London have vowed to track him down and bring him to justice. At the posting time of this article, Luka Magnotta could not be reached or located for comment.

Apparently , he denies it and claims it wasnt him in the video and someone photoshoped images to frame him and the real cat killer is

The video is titled "1 boy 2 kittens" and is years old, but still disturbing.

Much of this is flat out lies and a bad attempt at trolling. I would like to clarify some points.

Luka Magnotta is not married to Karla Homolka. They are rumored to have dated, though in 2007 he reported to the QMI agency that he had not even met the woman.

Luka Magnotta does not live in Russia. he lived in Montreal, Canada. He does also go by the aliases Eric Clinton Newman and Vladimir Radulov though.

I do not know whether the video mentioned by the troll is real or not, but I seriously doubt it is called "I boy 2 kittens", however as I said there is a video of him feeding a kitten to a snake, as well as one of him drowning kittens.

The fake name at the end is obviously fake.

Were it not for the fact that I refuse to allow myself to be overcome by my feelings, I would describe that individual as a 'thing', rather than a living, sensing and perceiving being. There ought to be words used to designate individuals like these; or rather separate them from the rest of humanity. I think it is offenseive that a repulsive monster such as this one would have the honour of being labelled human.

Also, I have to wonder why the horrifying atrocities perpetrated by this thing are being watched by millions of people across the globe, as if it were either amusing or interesting in any way to watch a life being destroyed. Personally, I think that those people should be held accountable for their actions, and punished accordingly. Because, at least morally, they are complicit with that murderer's degeneracy.

I can only imagine the level of sorrow and suffering that the victim's family with have to endure in the following years, and how tragic it is that someone should die at the hands of another. Isn't it bad enough that many lives will be devastated? Do people have to turn everything into a spectacle in which we can all participate without remorse, logic or even an elementary sense of decency, just because we have the advantage of online anonimity?

I don't know what is ore disgusting: the crime itself or the fact that people are making a show out of it... Apparently, we haven't evolved much in the last 2,000 years: we are closer to the Roman circus and its atrocities than we could have ever imagined. I am disgusting with humanity

I was a little putoff when I saw a link here which apparently leads to the video. I immediately reported it because I do not think it is something that is appropriate to share. I haven't actually followed the link, but if it does lead to the video, I do not want to see it. It is disturbing that the guy video taped it, more disturbing that it was posted to the internet, and most disturbing that people are viewing it...

I really hope they find this guy soon though. he deserves to be brought to justice.

The act of dying is THE most personal event of our lives. Firstly to have it brought on by a vicious sscenario and totally against your will is upsetting enough, but to have complete strangers observe it for their entertainment or 'personal growth' is reprehensible. You will have your turn to evaluate life when YOU take your last breath.

Sorry, man, but I am making a judgement call. This is real life with real people, not an episode of Dexter. You have no right to watch someone's death like that. What can you possibly learn? Who do you think you are anyway? I think that is just as disturbing.

So I watched a few of the you tube videos and you proved my point, real life death as entertainment. Do you think their reactions to watching live killings is healthy? Educational? Do you think it's ok that children can access this stuff? I don't think so and I doubt most normal adults would disagree with me.

So let me ask you this. Do you think your parents, siblings, friends or a spouse would want to see the general public enjoy YOU be butchered, dismembered, raped and eaten? Would you want your nieces or nephews to view this act against you? Would you let YOUR children watch this? Would you want the world to see your child being murdered and raped and eaten? Is that acceptable to you? Remember, the victim was somebody's child, brother, lover or even dad.

Just because lots of people watch it doesn't make it right.
