I think both cases still constitute as ratchet. Correct me if I'm wrong because I've never cracked a Playgirl in my life, but I don't even think they're hard in their shoots, and one of my best friends works for Abercrombie & Fitch and these shoots are for their catalogs, so of course they're not going to be nude - certainly not to the point of penis.
