Do you have a one year lease? Have you checked to see if they will release you early? Some companies are easier to deal with than others regarding that. Some are assholes. You definitely learn from bad experiences like this, however. Whether owning or renting, location is always important. Quiet neighborhoods with stable neighbors is, too. Living on the top floor is another. Since wall unit AC is much more common in rentals than central air, always try to find a place that has a separate unit for the bedroom.

Now, I tell you, eh?

Not trying to be mean by saying this, but the neighbors above me seem a bit "heavier", so I tend to hear more of their footsteps. No, but my family members keep telling me to do that or even a townhouse.

I wasn't ready to make that jump just yet. Kind of waiting to see where life takes me.

Would be easier to afford on two incomes as well. At this rate, however, my rent is nearing a mortgage payment!
