Most Bisexuals Prefer Masculine Gays?

well, err, i have a dilemma.

i'm into masculine guys but i'm a bit -asexual appearing myself?

i'm a whirl of both masculine and feminine qualities; i love art and music; yet i love camping and travelling; i love cinema and shit; i love porn and chest hair.

i have a high pitched voice, but that's genetics and it's not forced.

this thread is making it seem like i have no hope in the world of dating.

Amen bro. Let me know when you succeed hey?

..| (!)

I prefer masculine guys. I like to dress up and look nice, but I'm not into the whole D&G sunglasses and expensive messenger bags type thing. Feminine guys can be fun to hang out with, but I'm usually not attracted to them.

fem guys are just outright gross to me. lol so my answer should be clear

Somewhere in between is good, but predominately masculine for sure is my preference. Im a kid w/ style but im certainly not a fashion queen either, I tend to dress like a typical guy (cargo shorts/flip flop) haha ...although its not uncommon for me to sport the Express shirt and pants or preppy Polo shirt...I do use a "messenger bag" but I do keep my laptop/books in it as I am a college student... but then again I like Metal music too...most definitely not Pop music (barf). So im somwhere in between both sides i guess...

i agree with the topic, if i wanted to be a top, id do it with a girl but if i wanna be on bottom, id do it with a guy. and if i wanted someone feminine, id go with a girl and if i want someone mascuiline, id go with a guy

If I wanted to be with a girl i would but, when i want a guy I want a GUY, A MAN-GUY

im bi and i also agree but i love a masculine guy who takes care of him self like a female would..

Masculine for me. I don't wanna insult anybody, but I know a couple of guys who are fems and I don't know they are too emotional and sensitve.

I know that is NOT a reflection on all, but only from my expirence,

LMAO @ this thread... Knowing most of these girls in here are as fem as a little pink tricycle with a basket in front.

I have to agree with Tavares about this. I don't have that many idiosyncrasies when it comes to how a dude acts that much. I just like that person. Some of y'all apparently have some serious hang-ups and insecurities if you JUST MUST have a masculine dude.

Now I would get annoyed if he acts overly emotional, but not to the point that any emotion would be a turn-off. The same can be said about an arrogant, cocky asshole that thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread. I'm neither femme or masculine, I'm just me. So I guess what I'm saying it that I would like somebody that just acts like themself not some stereotype.

What attracts me to men is that aggressiveness that is so utterly male. I love masculine men, and am not really into flamboyance. I want a dude, not a queen.

I'm bi with a definite leaning to females. I am turned off by anyone more masculine than I.

I like the fembois

Exactly. The first guy I dated was big and hunky, but I ended up falling for a beautiful slender man.

Is he "masculine"? It depends on the definition. No, he can't bench press hundreds of pounds, but he's masculine to me. He has his feminine side, too, as do I.

Hang-ups and insecurities? Just because that's the way you are, don't assume that others have insecurities and hang-ups just because they aren't sexually attracted to effeminate guys. It's not only their mannerisms and the way they speak that turn me off. Effeminate guys aren't normally into the same things that I'm into. We have nothing in common.

I'm very much a guy's guy, and all of my close friends are straight guys. I prefer to hang with them because I have alot more in common with them. In other words, with the exception of my sexuality, I just feel like any other straight guy, and that's how my friends relate to me. I'm just more attracted to masculine guys as friends as well as lovers. The more masculine, the better. It's not my fault that I can't get it up for effeminate guys.

So, all straight couples are of men and women who do the same things? I don't think so. Sure, some commonality, but c'mon. How many big hunky str8 guys have cute delicate wives? LOTS. They seem to get along fine.

Are you confusing friends with lovers?

Have you never met a thin, aggressive man?

You need to get out more.

Lube, I thought this thread was about what bisexuals prefer, not gay guys. Don't try to tell me that there's anything wrong with my preference. My brain and dick determine my preference. FYI, quite a few bisexual men like me prefer ultra feminine women and ultra masculine men. If I wanted to be with a feminine person, I'd definitely be with a woman instead of a man.

I was speaking as a human being. A man.

I see lots of men (gay, str8, bi, whatever) who have this mental image of the "perfect" mate, and one of two things happen:

  1. They let go of perfection and fall in love with someone special
  2. They claw at that perfect image for life and end up alone and unhappy because of unrealistic expectations

I'm not sure really. On the one hand, I like slim, smooth, cute guys with bright smiles. I don't need them mean, rough, rugged, hairy, macho etc etc. But then, on the other hand, I can't stand queens, so I guess I like my guys relatively straight acting

me too. guys next door, i dont like the guys who spend 8 hours at the gym everyday or the little twigs.

Westwood Blues, I have to side with Lube on this. Nobody is attacking your personal tastes. However, this whole thread in general is just a bit too shallow. It perpetuates a stereotype for men that is bascially unrealistic to be honest. Most homo/bi men in general are neither masculine or femme they are just a mixture of the 2.

You'll have to forgive me; I don't think I got my point across. I wasn't referring to a certain body type. I like jocks, yes, but I've seen my fair share of wiry hotties. My point is that when it comes to men, I just prefer them to act like...dudes,if that makes any sense.

I used to like masucline guys when I first watch porn, but now I watch whatever hot. Preferably average.

Kayman, frankly, I could give a damn about what you or Lube think. You made an ignorant assumption in your post, and I called you on it. The same goes for Lube. Don't try to impose your opinions and point of view on others. I have a right to express my personal preference without having it questioned. It's not up for debate. My brain and dick determine my preference. I totally disagree with that bs you wrote so keep it to yourself. Okay? LOL:D

Okay, Kayman, my last post appears to be a little nasty after I re-read it. However, I stand by my opinion, but I'm sorry for not expressing it in a more diplomatic manner. Again, sorry! :D

OK? And I still stand by what I said about this thread being shallow. Nobody was attacking your tastes. Whatever dude, whatever.
