MTV's RW/RR Challenge: The Ruins

he's a skeevy bastard, but Kenny was looking HOT tonight!!! and it's crazy, because he bothers me almost more than any previous cast members, but i've really kinda been lusting after Johnny.

i'm finally starting to get why TJ rubs alot of you guys the wrong way. he IS a bit of an ass sometimes--kinda reminds me of an asshole gym teacher who rags on you for not putting in your best effort. i'd still let him tap though;)

looks like next week we're going to see where Brad got that black eye.

i'm really surprised at how much i'm liking Sarah. i didn't get to see most of her RW season, but i remember really disliking what i saw of her.

He's also as inarticulate as a sack of rocks. Johanna tonight absolutely had to make sure that TJ didn't think he she was a "quitter." Why do they care what he thinks? What does he do, other then show up to (badly) read some stuff? He probably actually gets to sight-see and smoke-out all day long (doesn't he give off a perma-stoned vibe? Not so much as Johnny Mosley, but still....).

I think my favorite was way back in the day when Eric Nies came back to host.
 
Yes Johanna is gone thank God, I could not stand her. Now all we need to do is get rid of Johnny/Susie/Derek (His hair and face bugs me, ew)/Casey and I'll be happy

And WTF is wrong with that retarded douch TJ every time I hear him speak I wanna punch him in the throat. His whole demeanor comes off as dick...

Oh and looks like Darrel is gonna knock the shit out of Brad for some reason, why why why Darrel must you punch our dark brooding Brad...

oh don't hate the stoners, we're not THAT bad...and personally i think you'd almost have to require some sort of pharmaceutical assistance to deal with some of those people.

i used to really like Derek--still think he's cute as hell sometimes, but it really sucks what a follower he's become.

Don't take me wrong... I love stoners. :) You can't deny, though, that when you're not stoned, and someone else is, things can get exasperating. Especially when you're need to get things done.

Derek's story is a little sad to me. One of the previous challenges (I think the island one) he was talking about how much he needed the money to provide for his wife and forthcoming child. At the time, I was thinking "does he know how fast seventy thousand dollars will go?" It seems that now he needs money again and will become a doormat in order to get it.

I mentioned in the Survivor thread (I think) that I don't think these people have any idea of how little money they actually win. Unless someone has no dependents and lives like a monk, it is impossible to live off a million dollars after taxes for any extended period.
 
Sad to see Cohutta go, I liked him.

Well next week looks very interesting. I wonder who will be going home, looks like a couple of fights. I know in the earlier previews, we see Brad (maybe) laying on the floor bleeding. But in the preview the other night, it doesn't look like Brad is the one being hit. Not sure.

That out of control fight with Brad and Darrell was horrendous. I hated seeing Brad get to that point, but he was so remorseful in the dr session and on the aftershow. I am glad he and Darrell are not hating o each other. Both showed such class in admitting their stupidity .
 
Geez, Johnny has such a beautiful ass. Gawd, it's so plumo! He's become inscreasingly sexy this season!
 
Haven't watched the full episode, but did see the clip of the fight. Not clear on why Brad had to leave...didn't look like he punched Darrell.

I agree. Somehow they both manage to remain two of the nicest people there despite the unfortunate incident that resulted in their removals.
 
the whole he said/she said thing aside, i really think Kellyanne needs to think about getting some help. maybe it's just the drugs, but there's something wrong with that girl.
 
i just asked on another forum before i saw this thread. do you guys think the ruins is totally scripted? i think it is and i didn't think that of the island, gauntlet, etc. everything (like the brad-darrell fight) has seemed so staged this season.

There does seem to be a physical fight on every show now, but I don't think Brad would take that kind of a beating for the show. It was sickening to me to see a man I respect so much get so out of control.

I did not know until the after show that Darrell had pushed Brad to drink, so what happened to Darrell was his own making, and he admitted that.

that's bullshit. i think one of the things most people like about Brad, is that for the most part he's not a follower--falling in line with the "douche crew" and their moronic antics. unless Darrell held a gun to his head, or actually poured liquor down his throat, i think the majority of the blame lies with Brad. it's not like he didn't know how he can get when he's drunk. didn't he get arrested for the same shit on his RW season?

i missed the after show but that thanks for the deets. no show this week but i think on the continuation next week that dunbar is gonna kick johnny bananas ass in the ruins.
 
Damn it. I wished Johnny was out. I truly hate that he is going to get all of that money. I don't understand why people listen to him and he gets so far in these challenges.

At least the waste of space is gone. Can't remember her name, the one who couldn't do anything.
