My statement was related to the amount of time since the OP - well over a year ago.

I'm 22 yr old. I have seen many guys at college with a Prince Albert. I got my pierced when I was 16. My 17 yr old brother recently got a PA and his nipples pierced and he said that many of his friends at school have all sorts of piercings too.
I'm very young to be giving "father advices". First, at least he asked... I think you must have a very good relatiionship with your son for him to be comfortable asking you any questions to do with sex in general, let alone penis questions. As for the PA. Why not? I say he's old enough to make the decision, and I think it's great that he asked you. I think you should have him educate himself all about the piercing, and so should you so that you know that he has been properly educated. Obviously he should pay for his piercing.
