What book. What aide? All four White House doctors have said that they saw no evidence of Alzheimer's. See Wikipedia, Ronald Reagan. It is a democrat lie.

Democrats don't need to lie about Reagan it's a debate among many medical pros and of course the reagan worshippers have to shoot this discussion down. It's in his son's book--and Don Regan's---many aides thought he was losing it by the end of his second term and some wanted the VP to take over--after Baker became his chief of staff----he "observed him" and thought it was premature to have him step down--but certainly the early signs of Alzheimer's were there. Heard an interview about Reagan and being shot had a bad effect on him---aging him and taking the wind out of his sails early on.

I was going to post something along the lines of "RIP"...but then...

1) I was not around when the Reagans trumpeted their disdain of gays and HIV/AIDS. I only vaguely knew about this.
2) I think most everyone in this thread already made known their hatred of them.
