Okay, so....
I have been doing cardio for a very long time now, for at least 4 years. I started off with just the treadmill for an hour a day and moved to the elliptical for an hour a day. I also started strength training last summer (I think). I don't know whats going on with my body, but it is not responding to the working out like it used to. I am only 20 years old, if that matters. I don't know if there is something wrong with my diet or if I need to step up the working out, please help!
