The interesting thing is that if a citizen tries to prevent a crime, he/she can be arrested for harassment in many jurisdictions -- idiotic, but true.


BTW, I got hit on by a thirteen-y.o. on line once, trying to get me to meet him in a motel room. I told him "Sure -- e-mail me on your eighteenth birthday".

With To Catch A Predator, I've noticed a pattern - the purported age of the setup almost invariably seems to be 13. (and when the "next warm body" arrives to the destination, there is a teenager there who may well be 13 or close to it) PURE ENTRAPMENT.
