NO BLACKS,NO ASIANS,NO INDIANS??? Grindr is the enemy of ethnic men?

I'm confused. So, if someone isn't attracted to black people, it's racism, but if they are attracted, it's fetishism? So basically, you just can't do anything right no matter what you do?

No if a white guy is not interested in a black man that is his choice or vice versa. But the issue of racism emerges when you attempt to belittle someone BECAUSE of their race. If someone makes the comment no chocolate, no spice or no rice that is offensive. The issue is people trying to make people feel bad because of their race. I have rejected white guys online but I don't use racial slurs or make a comment relating to race in the rejection. Why belittle people based on their racial background? It just is not necessary. People can get their point across but you do not have to be racially offensive.

White guys who don't like racist douche bags can see those guys for who they are and ignore them too. Makes it easier for them to discriminate against basically unattractive personalities.

That's your perspective. These guys would not have these profiles up if they weren't getting any play. This is a big issue being ignored.

So, if i am following this correctly, the largest percentage of white men who use this are "Racist"?

^Thanks for the clarification. I was astounded by some of the wording they used. Fucking twats!

You clearly didn't read the discussion, but I predicted in my first post this was something you were going to walk out of with the same bent you walked into it.

I am Asian and I'm ok with this. This is more like saying I like short men or I like cut men... Is it not? I rather know if I would be wanted than feeling like I was not good enough in a different way. BTW I strongly prefer white men... Just what turns me on....

No... not really.

I think there's a subtle but important difference between saying "I love Latin men" and saying "don't talk to me if you're not Latin."

Subtle

is an adjective
1.
(especially of a change or distinction) so delicate or precise as to be difficult to analyse or describe.
synonyms: fine, fine-drawn, ultra-fine, nice, overnice, minute, precise, narrow, tenuous;
understated, low-key, muted, toned down, subdued

Grinder could institute some words not allowed. It could either lead to increasingly codified racism or racists being racist in their personal messages.
Either way, it flags what the service condones but doesn't entirely stop douche bags being douche bags.

It isn't just grindr though. It's reflective on reality too.

In everyday living "YES" in the world of the bedroom... Are you going to sleep with anyone who asks?

How do you know they are getting play though? That's what they may want you to believe. Many times, that's not the case. Plenty of guys are struggling out here. Even the ones that are sleeping around really cant settle for anything else besides that. Many of those guys are uncomfortable with themselves so they want someone else to feel the same way. If someone was real, they would understand that they don't get to choose who likes them and who doesn't. You have to wait for those persons to seek you before you can even have that option of rejecting. You can't reject someone who isn't interested in you.

Because it's not just grindr. It's reality.

There are gay clubs here in the LA area that are racist have signs up outside the door, "No jerseys, no hoodies, no sweatshirts, no baggy jeans, no high top shoes, snapback caps, no urban wear, no bling bling, no oversized tops concealing the bottoms". Which are clearing being racist and playing an agenda to a certain type of clientele.

Yet I'm sure there are white gays making out in there. Ignorance is bliss.

You do realize that 1) There are people that aren't attracted to black people because they are racist? 2) There are people that do actually fetishize based on race? 3) And there are people who are just attracted to people in general? Regardless of race.

I know you are not looking for discussion because you always come into these threads with these same type of comments.

Instead of actually joining a discussion about race or gender, you spend your time playing it down by focusing on the more radical or irrational opinions of these topics in order to make the topic seem more ridiculous than it really is, again to play down the racism or misogyny. This is nothing to be proud of because it is easier to do than to actually talk about the topic at hand and trying to understand where people might be coming from and all that.

Just because people might be spouting off opinions in the most radical of ways or irrational of ways doesn't always mean there isn't actually something there to begin with. Though I know some people on here just like to complain.

There are no discussions on race, only accusations, pronouncements, and condemnations.

Suggesting physical features, defined by race, are not commonly a factor in attractions period, sexual or otherwise, denies evolution and the factors that define and perpetuate clans, subspecies, species, etc.

In a creature that has higher intellect, these may be subordinated to socialization, but the biology is there whether it's acceptable to talk about race or not.

Race is genetics, not language, not culture, not nationality. But we've become misbegotten, and prefer to discuss anything racial in actual racial terminology. We used euphemisms that are as inaccurate as they are meaningless: Asian, white, people of color, native, etc.

Once the discussion of race gets beyond the blowback of Eugenics, WWII, Rwanda, Armenia, etc., our cultures will be able to discuss it without the presumption that there is an agenda to rank, exclude, close ranks, and the like.

For now, it's just gonna always be a shitfest because the discussion is dishonest before it ever begins.
