O Belamo—

O Belamo!

That man kissed me again tonight.

I don't think it means anything really. It's just a flight of fancy whereas a real man can communicate physically, romantically, intellectually, sexually, romantically, fundamentally, wholly.

I know you're still there.

Up on the 13th. With your unruly rels. Hoping you will return.

I think I see poppies instead of daisies. And a chrysanthemum?

I'm no floral expert but I think I remember an old men telling me that Dahlias are very much like chrysanthemums. And that a good, prize-winning Dahlia bloom is as big as your own face.

Belamo, are you still spurning those pulsating fields of flesh down on The Playa?

Do you have to have to OWN a man (albeit temporarily) to enjoy him?

My floral-expert buddy says the way to distinguish dahlias from chrysanthemums is to look at the leaves. Dahlia leaves are shaped like rose leaves, though they have a different texture. Chrysanthemum leaves have lots of indentations (and they go nicely in a Sichuan hotpot).

If Belamo were here, he could answer this riddle in a trice

Here lies Diophantus,' the wonder behold.
Through art algebraic, the stone tells how old:

'God gave him his boyhood one-sixth of his life,
One twelfth more as youth while whiskers grew rife;

And then yet one-seventh ere marriage begun;
In five years there came a bouncing new son.

Alas, the dear child of master and sage
After attaining half the measure of his father's life chill fate took him.

After consoling his fate by the science of numbers for four years, he ended his life.

I thought he had just been touring all this time.

O Belamo, what's happening in Europe?

O Belamo! If I wasn't "en train" I'd have uploaded the Picasso "Geurnica".

O Belamo, did you get to the Macbeth party in Madrid?

O Belamo!

That man kissed me again tonight.

O Belamo,
I long to see you,
Away,
Rolling river...

It's been seven years,
Since I last saw you,
Now I'm away,
So far away,
Across the wide Missouri...

Bump.

Breaking News.

HE'S BACK!

And I thought Belamo that you might like to peruse through this thread for a touching glimpse into just how much Pat Grimshaw LOVED you.
