No Islam is not Homophobic, many Muslims are, there is a difference. In fact I am a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad through Isabella of Castile, wife of Edmund of Langley and am gay and know two other guys that are. Actually Islam is homophobic. The Quran states that the people of Lut were destroyed for homosexuality. The Quran even wrongly states that the people of Lut were the first homosexuals which science and history shows is bullshit as homosexuality has existed as long as life on the planet has existed. The Hadith states that if you see anyone doing as the people of Lut do to kill the one who is doing it as well as the one who it is being done to aka the top and the bottom. Abu Bakr aka the father of Mohammad's child bride Aisha burned homosexuals to death and Ali aka Mohammad's son in law stoned gays to death and threw them off buildings. I can all document these Quran and Hadith stories. Islam is as homophobic as all of the Abrahamic and Zoroastrian religions are.

Christian conservatives (in the theological sense of the word, not the political one) have been condemning the radicals for a good five centuries now. It hasn't helped much.

I wonder why I've experienced no problems bedding Muslim young men over the years, on their journey to Northern Europe from Afghanistan, Iran, or Iraq. None of those Muslim men discussed their religion with me, for they were too busy enjoying their sexual encounter with me. Even over dinner I detected no feelings of remorse for having mingled in the bed with me. You direct hatred at Muslims every day here forgetting that most of the victims of Islamic States death, and destruction are Muslims, and that most of the soldiers fighting Islamic States are Muslim.
