Barack Obama, unsurprisingly, perfects the perpetual campaign. Building "Barack Obama 2.0" before he's even sworn in. He also, apparently, may have "under the Obama umbrella" a parallel service organization while he's supposed to be our President during this difficult time.
Apparently he's too busy with the economy to follow through with several campaign pledges but not too busy to get his 2012 campaign off the ground and initiate a private service organization that'll help beef up his e-mail list.
No wonder he's short on time to deal with pesky Presidental pledges.
