OK, so we're clear on this... I've been very critical of Obama from early on in his presidency. I was saying "we've been had" last summer.
That said, it's hard to not roll your eyes when ones reads the over-the-top anti-Obama rants of the bitterly blind Obama haters who find childish fault in everything he does and says. Take a look at the juvenile and borderline tinfoil hat posts of Justapixel and you'll see why it's hard not to defend him at least a bit.
However.. I still support him because I feel the alternatives are much worse than any of his misdeeds. I also think that losing in MA has given him the ass kicking he's needed all along.
I'll say first I don't align myself with Justapixel -- he proved in protecting and defending Bush all those years that he's as bad as Obamabots are.
However. My rants about about ObamaCo are not about bitterness or hate. I'm mad as hell that people with your mindset, on the right and the left, keep electing people like Obama who do not do the work to make things better and in fact make things worse.
Maybe you just haven't figured out who Obama is or the depth of destruction his administration will leave in its wake. I don't believe you could be seeing him for who he is and the probable result of his actions without ranting about it. You ranted about Bush and he was the same thing, just on the other side of the aisle. If you don't know who Obama is, that's your fault. The information is there, I see it and I've seen it since the Primaries. If you're not seeing it it's because you're blind or willfully refuse to.
Here you are cheering another good speaking engagement as if it's actually meaningful; it's nothing more than political theater and Obama fooled you yet again. Couldn't be more shallow. You haven't even figured out that Obama does the speaking thing really well, gets people to cheer him and gush about how masterful and brilliant he is, and then follows through with buddying up to big business, failing with reforms and economic programs, and tossing groups like gays under the bus. Considering their disproportionate numbers who are poor and out of work without access to good health care, he's even tossing African Americans under the bus while they continue to support him something like 90%. Yeah, but he talks good.
