Official Heroes Season 2 part 1 thread

The writing has been stellar since season 1. Tonight was the first time, i said, "hey wait a minute, that doesnt make sense."

I was thinking that every time Peter used a power. I kept telling myself that he had to think of the person, but then he goes and uses them all willy nilly. But I guess, possibly, he remembers them in the confines of his subconscious?

Oh and by the way, Peter has turned into a MAJOR MAJOR hottie (I can't believe I just said "hottie")
He really bulked up and butched up this season, I'm really loving that. Does that Irish chick have electrical abilities? Because if Peter is electric-kenetic, it means that he had to absorve that from someone right?

The lighting comes most likely comes from Ted, his light is white if he burns bright not hot.

I lurv Heroes. I miss Nikki, for some reason she's my fave.

I was bored by the Hiro storyline at first but now I like it...I think it's fun that he's becoming the legends that made him want to be a hero in the first place. He's doing the things that his hero becomes known for - kind of like meta-mythopoetic.

Milo is brutally hot, he was hot, now he's brutally hot.

I love Claire, too, but I'm wondering if, along with the regeneration, she isn't also nearly invulnerable? I mean, I don't think she could cut her toe off without fainting unless she is somewhat immune to the pain.

Oh, and Claire's dad/Mohindar/Haitian storyline is cool except giving the Haitian the "virus"...really? I suppose all the hemophiliac, heroin addict, and homosexual heros are going to get the virus, now?

Just my 2,
JHM

Or it could be a byproduct of radioactivity from the explosion.
That's what I thought it was.

Brijan, I don't think Mrs. Petrelli has any powers at all, I mean Mr. Nakamura didn't so I don't think she did either.

I think the "Lost Eight" has more to do with the original 12. Last week Kaito said that after the deaths of Mr. Pertrelli, Charles, and Linderman, there were 9 left. The obvious theory would be one of the Original Twelve is having all the others killed to gain sole control of the company. I think that's possible, but I think there will be more twists.

Also I would like to add that I don't think Claude was the one who attacked Mrs. Pertrelli.

Totally agree with you, they definitely said there were 9 left, so if someone had to die, then that means they were part of those 9 people that were in control of the company, so the plot of Molly dying as one of those 9 cannot be true.

The_Reaper, I don't think Molly is one of those 9 people then.

Keisei's powers are stupid because it's the same as Claire's. I was expecting something more interesting. They already have a character who does that. I don't mind reading the subtitles in Hiro and the twins storylines. I can't always keep up though.

This might sound farfetched, but I think Kensei's power is related to Claire's because they might be related themselves  I don't know, just a thought.

And I am very interested in the power twins, one can kill and the other can heal. They negate each other, quite interesting

I would not like that at all. They already had Nathan revealed as Claire's father last season and that was a good shock but to reuse that? Everyone's related to Claire then.

True, I mean Kensei as an ancient grandfather could also be quite a shock and boring, or better yet, I mean if Kensei is immortal and can't be killed, then where is he now  it seems wrong but everyone is related to Claire, and she seems to be immortal.

So I think Kensei might still be alive somewhere in the present, if you're immortal, how can you die

That's assuming the paintings are indeed of the remaining members of the "Company founders".

As far as we know, its just speculation at this point. And besides, there's only eight paintings, we've seen one, which leaves seven left for Bennet and the Haitian to find.

That would leave two members unaccompanied for; and if Issac was painting all of them dying, it would most likely include the two doing the killing as well.

I'm ready to write off the idea that the paintings are of the Company Founders, rather stick with the idea that it's important people in the Heroes Universe.

As far as powers goes, Molly's pretty damned important.

One: She can find anyone!

Two: She knows about this big baddy already, where to find him, etc.

Three: Molly doesn't want to tell Matt because she said "He'll kill you too." Implying that Molly already knows that once this guy finds her, her number is up.

Molly's set to become this season's "cheerleader".

Actually probably only one, 8 painting for the remaining 9, and one painting shown as well as one death. Once again the obvious theory is 1 of the founders killing all the others to gain complete control of the company. I think that is too obvious, but I still think the lost series has to do with the original 12. It could also help lend to the volumes title of Generations.

I don't get the Hiro in Japan thing at all. why he needs to be there???? Not interested.

What about Sylar??? Think he is gonna be good this season. His character became too popular to die. Perhaps he is also in trouble with the new evil force, and has to work with the other heroes to beat the new force. something like Darth Vader turn good thingy.

It's like almost everyone has a power now, including Peter's mom.

There is already references about Peter's mom power. Anyway, I saw the episode 2 just now... it is just me who is shocked with what claire did?

Also, why Suresh and Parkman never talk xD?

Last season she told she wasnt the only one who could do that

Wow, last week fly boy disgusted me to the core, but that flying sequence with Claire was absolutely breath taking, so beautiful and and i may can forgive his extreme creepiness from last week.

So Peter is the ultimate hero, he has every single power imaginable and now he doesnt even have to think about the person, he just has it. Makes him that much hotter.

I find Maya so hilarious. She kills but then gives this innocent face like she doesnt know what happened. She cracked me up tonight. And the way people just drop dead LOL

Alejandro is an automatic healer so he isnt affected. He has faster healing powers than Kensie.

Not much time, but I do have to comment on what we saw tonight.

Firstly, I think the theory of the eight paintings showing the deaths of the Company founders is officially kiboshed, considering the unveiling of the subject of the eight picture.

As per my usual standard, the following is in white to prevent spoilage: Noah Bennet (HRG) is the person in the eight painting; not Molly as I had previously suspected. Needless to say, as a major Bennet fan...I'd be 100% pissed if they killed him off...Almost enough to maybe stop watching.

I have to head out, but I'll be back later to add more comments.

P.S. Ando and Hiro's communication system is sweet!

Something tells me Jessica isn't going to allow anyone to cure Niki. We need to see some ass-kicking this season.

Speaking of the Sanders family...DL is dead?! God, the Four Months Ago episode is going to be so good.

I'm glad Candace is dead and it was funny to see her real form. I would have preferred it if Niki or Jessica had been the one to rip her in half, but I guess death by Sylar isn't too bad of an end for Transformabitch.

To be honest, I'm kind of over Sylar. Season 1 was all about him and it's time to move on. I'm far more interested in the new myterious villain than Sylar. I really want him dead.

Peter is kind of annoying this season, I'm not going to lie. I'm already tired of this whole adventure in Ireland plot.

Speaking of tiring plots...damn Hiro for not leaving when he had the chance. I'm sick of this douchebag Kensei guy.

I enjoyed tonight's episode but it felt like a bit of filler to me. Nothing major happened other than seeing that Sylar has lost all of his powers and that DL is dead.

That episode was a nice one. Though I really hated Sylar after he killed Betty/Candice/Michelle. She was by far my favorite non-hero hero, and he goes and kill her. The only things that made the events alright was the thought of Sylar on Sylar action and the fact he didn't even get her powers. FUS.

Maya's power is probably my favorite this season, so far. "Hey, I'm a murderer. You better arrest me." DEAD. I was cracking up through that entire scene.

Booo on the Claire/West thing. And the Hiro story, too. Both of them are boring and, for the most part, predictable. I can't wait to see Micah's cousin, though. According to sources, she too is a special. And Irish-Chick- please be awesome.

I love West. He is just too hot. Anyway, I think the mysterious killer is the same person who can "see" Molly. Either him or the ugly ass Bob dude who turns things into gold. But I would put my money on the freak who can see Molly.

And once again, Nick D'Agosto is so hot.
