Officially voting for John McCain.

"Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has no heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains. "

-Winston Churchill

I love it. I approve of McCain completely.

How often do you meet a politician willing to tackle the tough and controversial issues like watering dehydrated babies?

I love that he goes there, unlike Obama and Clinton, who kept conveniently silent on the issue.

I hope we all do. I'm still debating whether or not to vote. I want to vote for Obama, but only because I hate Mccain. And I don't feel like thats a good way of choosing my vote.

And then if I don't vote, and mccain wins, I'll always think, dammit maybe If I had voted.

I think I may just do what someone else in this thread said, vote for Obama, and if he doesn't win, I can say I voted for him.

McCain's first Bushism!!! (At least he has the age to justify it).

Really though, it is quite scary the way some people view this election.

How any gay American can justify voting for McCain baffles me. Even moreso the ones who would have voted for Hillary but will vote McCain over Obama.

Surely you can see that the indelible stain which the Bush presidency has left on your country is down to the whole Republican machine and not just Bush himself. McCain may well be a better president than Bush (A McCain microwave pizza would be better than Bush) but he will be backed by the same republican administration with the same agenda and chances are the economic incompetence, ever increasing authoritrianism, foregn policy nightmare will only continue. On a self interest level, gay rights will remain stagnant too.

I hope that America has grown up enough to see beyond Obama's skin colour, but I somehow doubt it.

I Dont Support American Politics. So Im Not Voting for Anyone.

I respect your decisioni for I know you to be a thoughtful and searching citizen and voter. However, I disagree on this decision. I am ready to seize the day and help our nation take a leap of faith into a time of the presidency of a black man who is at the prime of his life. I will vote Barrack Obama.

Not that old men cannot lead, but this time I believe John McCain who has served his country well would do the country a service by not running for the office of president. Nothing more, so we disagree. There will be an election and like you I too know who I am voting for.

Kevbo, I haven't seen an appeal to such an historic figure of my lifetime recently. Churchhill was not always right with his memorable quips, and on this one I am pretty sure he is wrong. There is one from an even older and respected source, it goes like this:

"Your young men will have visions and your old men shall dream dreams."
Most of the time it is just the opposite.

If what you said were true and Churchhill too, then Bill O'Reilley on Fox News would look like a genius. I do not see it that way.

Peace to you, friend,

And thats why America fails idiot. Your job is to bring change into this country, not unsupport it because people elected Bush into office.

I guess you can go to another place in the world. I mean they are all pretty much loosely modeled after our system. Except for the communist ones of course. I hate when young people try to sound intelligent and "anti-government" and end up looking like complete dumbasses

Who would vote for any candidate that can't make up rhetoric that doesn't sound ridiculous as this?

I def got a little heated, but it's people like him always complaining but doing absolutely NOTHING that fuck up this country. Stop fucking complaining and "not supporting american politics" and fucking fight for change. Useless waste of life IMO

I htought you were supposed to use lukewarm water for dehydrated babies, to prevent clumping.
