On an absolute point scale of 100 (i.e., all the attributes of the guy add up to a POSSIBLE score of 100), being circumcised adds about 5 points to me, so it's a preference but not a huge one.

But cleanliness is important and especially if uncut! Heck, I don't even like the normal (i. e. manufactured) types of cheese (which is sold in grocery stores).

I like the assumption that these men are more likely to be uncleanly and people feel the need to state that said guy needs to be cleanly.

I'll echo what a few others have said. I don't care as long as the guy is clean and takes care of himself. I have turned away a cut guy for being too nasty. Cleanliness says that you care about yourself and you care about your partner. Obviously, some people are turned on by poor hygiene, but I find it revolting.

I always wash up downstairs and always change into a clean pair of undies before meeting up with either a hook-up (back in the day) or the bf (current), and his cleanliness is always a concern I have. Wondering whether the other guy has the same standards hardly makes me a dirty pig.

As for the question in the OP - I don't care, provided he is clean.

Yes there is a difference. When you pull down on an uncircumcised penis and pull the skin down you have to be careful because if you pull down too hard it's extremely painful for the person. This isn't an issue if the person if circumcised.

I prefer circumcised because it's less likely to have a bad odor. All of you talking about you enjoying the cheese/smega, I hope you're joking because if not, you are disgusting.
