Good afternoon Dan, Frankie, RM and John. Thank you for your good wishes.
John: I'm feeling good today. Everyone around here is talking about family and coworkers getting sick. I guess it's the season.
On saturday we have the Epiphany mass with some beautiful choral pieces. On sunday I'm going to play some Bach on the organ.
Fortunately I don't have any concert in the next months. That's why I love winter: because I have all the time to practice whatever I want.

It sounds like you're to have a lovely weekend, with the Epiphany mass with choral pieces, and your Bach organ pieces on Sunday. I hope you enjoy your organ music, perhaps finding some new pieces to work on. Do you ever get to say "I want to do this music" when it comes to programs and concerts? That might be more rewarding than being told, we're doing such and such pieces, practice them.

Yes, in concerts I can usually choose what I'll play, unless it's a collective performance (they usually set the program before engaging you).
This is one of the reasons why I always prefer playing alone. (Another one is dealing with conductors and singers

The last 2 days were very cold. Yesterday it rained all afternoon, which is excellent. I hope it does again today.

De modo que esos tios que te gustan son capricornio , usualmente capricornio y tauro suelen llevarse bien al ser ambos de tierra .
Yo tengo un pariente ( un tio para ser exacto ) del 10 de Enero , no lo tolero , es una persona muy fria que ni se conmueve al ver a su propia madre al borde de la muerte .
Pero como dicen ... hay buenos y malos en todos los ambitos de la vida .

It's kind of funny, remembering the birthdays of your crushes. I remember my ex's birthday, and send him a card every year. I also remember the birthday of one of my crushes, who died many years ago. Most of the rest I either forgot or never knew their birthdays.

You're right, John. I was looking for some music by the old organists and choir masters here. I found some pieces that we could still use today (from the 1920-30s). Also some funny organ music from the early 19th century
