It sounds like you can grow a lot of things over in Spain. Sorry you seem to be so limited in a north-facing apartment, otherwise, it might be a gardener's delight.

John, my appartment faces the west, but in winter it's very cold with very little sunlight. But you're right, I'm in the Mediterranean area and the climate is excellent for gardening and vegetables. Actually I'm growing a tomato plant for the first time... we'll see how it works :lol:
