Maybe I caught a cold during that outdoor walk... I felt terrible the last days. Much better today, though.
Yesterday we had lots of rain, which is extremely good.

Yes, I'm over that cold. Lots of people are getting sick due to big temperature changes these days.

Earlier this evening I had a rehearsal with the choir. We are ready for Palm Sunday. The next weeks we are preparing the rest of the Holy Week. After that we have still more and more work to do, with an important aniversary, the ordination of a new bishop and so on :dead:
 
Hello Paul its good to know you've gotten over your cold , here in spite of being summer , the weather is pretty cold , and rainy
( as I live in the highlands )

I don't have a cold but my tonsils have been very sensitive lately and I get headaches

Yesterday I was at the church archives. In a 17th century manuscript I found an hymn that we are still singing today! Now I'm curious to see if I can find an earlier version...

Spring isn't here yet. Actually this week is quite cold.

How are the rehearsals and preparations going for Holy Week? And have you found any more interesting 17th Century manuscripts in the archives?

The rehearsals are going great, we have already seen most of the himns and masses. Also on sunday I'm playing an organ concert.
I haven't been to the archives again but I'm sure I'll find more interesting documents every time.
