I'll keep that in mind as the 'last resort'.
I appreciate the suggestions and advice gentlemen.
The stretching has been helping and I have a hot/cold pack that I use. It's a killer by the 'end' of the day which, from what I've read, is a sign of a more severe condition.
I do a LOT of walking as part of work, taking about half of my clients out and about, to say nothing of actually getting to and from the various centres so by the end of the day, I've got major owies.
I think the onset happened when I mistep one day, and really did a number on my left foot. Somehow, I twisted things and for a few days my instep was VERY sore. Felt like I'd pulled intertarsal muscles and whatnot, and somehow did a number underneath as well, for it was then that I started having trouble.
It's been with me about a month and a half and seems to be getting worse. I really can't afford to NOT take 'time off' as that'll really do a number on my income and I'd be in BIG trouble financially were THAT to happen.
Gotta soldier through, carefully and wisely of course.
Once again, thanks for the support and advice...
...and tea and massages.
