I refuse to watch an entire episode of SNL cuz they laugh at their own jokes and 98% of the writing is terrible, I catch em when they go viral. Outta curiosity whether they'd done any Putin skits post-invasion I went to the google, haven't found any new skits but this one's funny albeit like 3 years old

Biden could solve this problem quite simply: there are closed and unused military bases on both the California and Gulf of Mexico coasts; just issue a presidential finding that having these two additional refineries is a matter of national security, order them approved, and designate an unused military base on each coast for land to build on.
