It is so true. Roger Stone and his wife settled a 2 million dollar claim with the IRS for unpaid taxes without penalty.

Not sure why Roger keeps avoiding prison. Being locked up with a bunch of horny men seems like it would be his ultimate fantasy.

Or not: the one gal I know who was attacked by a rapist and managed to defend herself with a gun required significant counseling/therapy even though she didn't actually shoot him -- and if there's any shooting that's justified it's defense against rape.

If anyone in this scenario should be shot it would be the arrogant self-righteous pricks who passed such a law in the first place that would require a woman to bear the child of her rapist.

Actually plea bargaining away weapons charges, whether guns or knives or -- and I don't know whether to be astounded or amused -- crossbows or swords is all too common especially in big cities where minorities tend to be the most common people facing those charges.

Although white collar crime should certainly be punished, his weapons charge isn't very comparable to the guy who was high on meth and held up the 7-11 or was part of a gang.

And to answer your question, how many Caucasians who are career criminals have been denied plea bargains for weapons and drug charges?

On a more topical point, the whole Hunter Biden question became moot during the first Trump impeachment.

The entire nation saw that the then president was using the levers of the government to persecute and prosecute Hunter Biden to attempt to weaken his soon-to-be election rival with guilt by association.

This is 3rd world dictator behavior. Seeing it play out guaranteed that IF Hunter Biden were to ever be prosecuted for anything, the case could never be seen on its own merits, it already having been the obvious product of vendetta.

As for Trump, the lion rages at the end of his life, as his days are short. When his own party is leading the fight against him, I suggest that he will not live to see a second inauguration.

Shockingly, Toad survived 2014.

This must be the new conspiracy theory; I've seen it pop up in several places. Kind of a bemoan of the poor persecuted Toad, with no actual persecution but what's been invented for the purpose.

You would think that at some point, even the patience of the horde would get exhausted with this kind of histrionic fantasy of a self-involved asswipe who's not in any persecution now, and never has been, and whose minions are the ones committing the violence.
