I live in England and we have FREE healthcare with our NHS(National Health Service).
Hospital costs nothing. There's an option to pay for Private healthcare but EVERYONE has the opportunity for FREE HEALTHCARE

I am happy to correct this statement. It isn't free. It is paid for through taxes by individuals and employers and Goods and Services (sales) taxes. But it is much less costly across the board doing it this way and it ensures universal health care for every person,

The system also incentivizes prevention and primary health care instead of catastrophic care requiring secondary or tertiary care by the time someone is too sick to avoid the doctors or hospital.
