Even IF the excerpt were not fake, it wouldn't be consequential. The passage doesn't even contain anything perverse or detrimental. The passage suggested an author who wasn't ashamed of being lonely, adolescent, or vulnerable.

if it where just about management and results, people would not even care for Trump when the economy and everything else appears to be following the same rosy path that Trump said the USA was following thanks to him.
