The logic is separating and mixing up at will the forcing of a teen to rear the baby she delivers, and preventing her from delivering a baby that others may be able and willing to rear.

It's more illogical those who "fight" against abortion, but then will not want to know anything about the rearing and education of a child "saved" from abortion.

Indeed: all that fear of immigration is about people in the future making what made America great... but this time without people like themselves.

The masses are there to deliver cannon fodder to whatever is needed to their programs: wars, consumerism, blind adhesion... different people bring about change, and they won't allow change that can not be driven or manipulated by themselves. 'THEY'... the real "deep state"...

Politics is about public opinion and reputation and, mostly, gut feelings in the electorate:

if it were just about management and results, people would not even care for Trump when the economy and everything else appears to be following the same rosy path that Trump said the USA was following thanks to him.

That notwithstanding, the lies as character assassination, not to mention double standards about sexuality, make the attacks evidence that all the patisan whining about the right's baseness and propaganda is just the same from the left.

It is all about GUTS and feelings, not brains and MORALS: people do not care about reason and truth or lie, only about what makes them feel better... actually, you keep sticking to that notion that politics and democracy (which actually deals with masses who only want to feel good in whatever way they are born to feel so) is all about truth, decency and honesty not because it is reasonable, but because it makes you feel better: that is what morality is about, what people will accept as necessary or pleasureble, and then they try to justify it by calling it "right"... which may end up being the contrary of what they will find right "later", or of what their ancestors found "right"... and to whose of us who will point out THEIR OWN crooked moral relativism, they will have the nerve to call crooked "moral relativists".
If you can not accept the ugly in the people, you will never get what politics and social life in general is about: it is not a belief, it is daily lessons being taught... for whoever is willing to learn them.

I'd add that people will actually condemn truth, ethics, and facts a lies ifin they contradict how someone feels. Telling the truth to a voter does not mean that anyone will believe it.
