15,000 legal Haitian immigrants are filing jobs at new manufacturing plants that couldn’t find decent help. They are trying to improve their own lives, legally and not receiving any government help. They answered the call for help from the City of Springfield itself, who’s population was too lazy or too drugged out to do the work themselves.
