Considering that the ruling relied heavily on Gorsuch's own tests for constitutionality, that's not likely; additionally, it was noted several times by plaintiffs and the court that the law directly discriminates against Catholics.

This has been in the works for some time. Canadian colleges and universities have been using foreign students as a cash cow and many of these students have then been exploited in housing and employment.
The education system isn't turning out the numbers of skilled trades graduates that are most needed. And we aren't getting them settling in the areas where they are most needed
