Heh. I'd object to that; my preference would be the "Cascadia" I came across in a novel: Alaska, Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta, Washington, Oregon, and California (in the same novel the "New England Union" comprised Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut,, Rhode Island, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, St. Pierre & Miquelon, and the area of Quebec south of the St. Lawrence).

Besides which, the "Empire of Canada" should annex Indiana and Ohio so it covers all the shores of the Great Lakes.

Indiana and Ohio are Trump territory so we likely wouldn't. The map only shows the 2024 Blue state vote.

But when we are in New England we always think of it as occupied Canada because most states (except New Hampshire) really do seem to share a lot of the same values and approach to commonwealth as Canada.

And we aren't in the business of annexation. That seems to be Trump's business. Only inviting the small 'L' liberal states to join with us to build and continue a more equitable and inclusive state.
