He's been lying for 60+ years. He's perfected it to the point that's it's second nature to him.

It's all bullshit but it used to be coherent bullshit. I felt like he was showing signs of dementia during the COVID crisis in 2020. Five years later, he rambles and repeats things that he has been saying for 40 years, only it's with garbled speech and rants that cover up his lack of coherent thought.

Don't be surprised if 3 years from now, Jake Tapper is on another book tour about how the aides in the White House were running the government and Trump was blindly signing things that he had no idea what they were.
