Being a millionaire does create the possibility of a Senate run for MTG. However, she'd have to knock Perdue in the primary, which doesn't seem likely since he has Trump's endorsement.

Georgia has semi-open primaries- in order to vote in the primary, voters much select one party and they can only vote in that party's primary. It's unlikely that Democrats would chose the Republican primary over the Democratic primary and independents are unlikely to be enthusiastic about MTG.
