I would say that the better quality ones are Sean Cody, Randy Blue, and Corbin Fisher. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

A few years ago, Corbin Fisher announced that they were providing real benefits for their regular models, including health insurance, 401ks, and tuition reimbursement. I don't know if this is still the case, but if so I suspect it's limited to the active 'Dean's List' models. My guess is that to qualify you have to agree to do a certain number of scenes within a calendar year, and also perform certain piggy acts like swallowing, and risky ones like the occasional bareback scene on their 'bi' site. The last is a stiff price, IMHO.

Many of us complain about the extent to which Corbin Fisher relies on their core models at the expense of variety. However from a model's perspective it means steady work and income. I don't think any other sites offer this kind of guaranteed income.

My understanding is that A-list sites pay approximately $5,000 per action scene, +/- 1k. I base this number on an interview former Sean Cody model Rylan gave a few years ago: he says he got paid $40K for nine scenes, including his solo:

I've heard very good things about Sean Cody and if you're a hit they will call you back, but with no where near the regularity of Corbin Fisher.
