Post something just for the heck of it

This may seem like some kind of bragging, but in the past 60 days I've had two very strange things happen to me while playing Scrabble at the club. I don't expect either of these to happen again in my lifetime, and I actually think a recurrence of the second one is less likely than the first:

1. On December 26, I bingoed (emptying all seven letters from the rack) on FOUR consecutive turns in the same game. Such a play adds 50 points to the value of the word you play.

2. This past Sunday, I bingoed twice in one game. Early in the game, I played ABATING. Near the end of the game, I played (ABATING). HIGHLIGHT between the parentheses to see the second word that I played in that game.

Has either of these ever happened to any of you, or an opponent or somebody you were observing?

What I have NOT seen yet, ever, is somebody playing a "TRIPLE-TRIPLE" (with one or more letters on the perimeter between two Triple Word Scores, and a player adding all seven of their letters to make a word eight or more letters long which hits both of those spaces). I don't care if I play it or an opponent plays it against me. If somebody plays it against me, they're probably gonna get a big hug from me (if it's in person and not being played online of course).

I've never bingoed more than twice in a single game.

I have, though, done a word that hit two triples at the same time... and if it had hit the left and center instead of the center and right, I would also have bingoed in the same play. I don't even remember the word, just that there was a four-letter word sitting between the two triples and I had the letters to add to front and end of that word to make a very long word.

If you rotate-copy it by 90 degrees, it looks like a swastika as well.

^ That one I think I don't get at all.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Entomological Society of America announced a new common name for the Lymantria dispar moth Wednesday.

Formerly known by the common name g***y moth, the hairy, yellow-faced caterpillar with red and blue spots down its back is now known as spongy moth.
...
The old name was removed from the ESA Common Names of Insects and Related Organisms List in July of 2021 because it contained a derogatory term for Romani people.

^ OMG, anything outside 'WASP' comes to be derogatory in Angloland  :telstra:

"Gypsy", seriously?
When are then feminists, woke or wackos in general start fighting the use of "hysterical"?
