Netflix ended their basic account, so I had to either upgrade or go to their $6.99 option with ads.

The thing is that Prime already has ads. Choose any 'free with prime' content and you have to sit through ads before it begins.

I understand that those gas or electric assisted bicycles and small motorbikes are allowed on the roads in many areas, too, depending on how fast they go.
