You know what? For some reason I'm missing Malan. They just showed the Miss Universe episode and I was still floored with his departure. Oh well.

Any takers on who gets the boot? I'm hoping for the Cardassian or Keith.
 
it starts in 2 minutes but i know it will be keith...remember when it leaked online a few weeks ago about how he stole those designs that got him accepted onto the show? they musta found out during the taping...he's a jackass anyway so good riddance!

Well James, you called it. I'm not going to miss Keith. He was an ass. And now I'm not sure if his talent was actually his.

I'm really surprised that Angela pulled this one off. Her design looked good. But I wonder if it was all her in that she had two strong designers helping to put it all together.

And finally... I just have to say, Robert in a wife beater? Woof. :luv:
 
i called it but i got the reason why he was ejected wrong...

i'm surprised about angie too after the way she fucked up the last two weeks...i'm beginning to like her better though...she was responsible for the overall design.

and as for robert...really effete guys in wife beaters...to kinda quote tim, it just doesn't work.

I really liked Malan too! He was very cartoonish i thought.

Maybe he'll be back next year!?!:=D:

Yeah, she's responsible for the overall design. My thought is that Michael and Laura have a very clean design aesthetic and I think that is what may have rubbed off on Angela's finished product.

And I won't argue with you that Robert is femme, but he fills out that wife beater real nice. ;)
 
I'M so damn glad Keith was kicked out I hated him.I'm glad Kayne,Uli,Robert,and Laura are still in.
 
but now they don't have a really over the top attention whore/flamer like they always used to...now that keith is gone, there's no jay, no santino...maybe it'll actually just be about talent for the first time.

i dont want to admit it, because i really dont like her, but it was good..

completely agree about the thing with angela, laura and michael... they definetly made it more acceptable..
but, on robert, i dont know if i can fully agree with you... no, hes not a femme, but hes not mr. macho either...

tension at the house, knowing your man was on the chopping block?
 
..| I really do like this show! It's fun to cheer on my favorite designers, but it is also exciting to know that the winner will have the chance to be a famous designer in the industry. The other designers can make a bigger name for themselves and also be "winners" in their own right. It's all very good! As Tim says, "Carry on!" and "Make it work!"

Without Laura and Michael, the whole outfit would be covered in those rosettes. Luckily they were able to knock some sense into her. I have to give Angela credit though, her outfit was the best and they deserved the win (as shocking as that sounds). It sucks for her that she has such a bad rap.

The whole Keith thing was a little misleading. I thought there was some sort of sabotage involved, but it turned to be a little contraband. I had no idea pattern books were such a big deal. I guess I'm just a little mad that (as much of an asshole he was) my resident eye candy is gone for the season.

This now means I'm rooting for Allison and Bradley. She's cute and he's spastic, and they're both good designers.

And is anyone else liking Vera Wang as guest judge? She seems pleasant, yet objective, but not catty like Michael Kors and not a frigid bitch like Nina.

The jacket was like something a conservative soccer mom would wear then underneath there was this very mod and revealing dress. A TERRIBLE combo......he should've went!

I think she's clever that way if you know what I mean ... during the pageant challenge she tried to work Kayne but it turned him off and she got picked last. She's had plenty of time to scope out the people she'd like to work with just like Keith did. If you noticed too she did give them quite a bit of opinion input she wasn't all "it's my vision" like Robert was. Keith also allowed his team a lot of input, he knew they'd be the ones to help him win with their young fresh ideas. Poor Keith ... haha.. I was all "Ooooo Snap!" He said he didn't use the books but he was stupid if he didn't because having them still got him booted off the show. ..|
 
Why isn't Michael Kors on the judging panel?? I'm guessing it has to do with an injury (Remember the first episode where he was wearing an arm brace?).

I really like Laura! She has a very consistent style and you just know it screams her name. Her style is just classy and elegant. Hope she wins.

By the way, is it just me or does it seem like there's something between Robert and Kayne?? They're always around each other...
 
Michael comes back next episode. Although I have been enjoying Vera. So sad they kicked off Keith, but really he knew the rules and broke them. I totally thought his team should have won though.

I'm rooting for the one with the rocker style to win. I cant remember his name. I'm not so good with names but I believe its Bradley.

The rocker (with the neck tattoos) is Jeffrey. Bradley is the dopey guy with beard (I love him!).
