Project Runway 4

^^Once again, they ALL showed at Bryant Park.

And what happened on the show is just a variation on not saying before fashion week who the last person to be eliminated was.

They've done that before and had all four do a show.

That's not as bad as last season, where that one girl got to go along with the rest of them to Paris, where they announced the winner/loser of the last competition, and she was eliminated and was sent back to the US!

I would've been pissed.

I did too. She showed versitility

Christian's collection was MUCH too black on black fabric. I don't think that's going to go well with the judges. I don't care how "impecable" your sewing abilities are you can't do an entire collection in black and jackets with sleeves like gloves.

Rami shouldn't've been given a second chance. They said "two will be out" and two should've gone...it was wrong to allow Rami and Chris to stay and not extend the same courtesy to Sweet P.

Last season there were 4 contestants b/c they honestly were v. strong...this time...that isn't the case. Rami failed to show that he can do something other than drape and should've been out.


I think Jillian will be a surprise. Heidi said it best that she's so quiet but then she's really ballzy and unexpected. She also LISTENS to the judges, not just her own critiques but what they say to the other contestants and she takes that into consideration.
 
I'm watching the reunion poll... Chris and Romy look REALLY cuddly together. The body language is telling me. . .something's up.

No accounting for taste. . .but -- my campy teddy bear ...and ROMY!?

I am totally addicted to Project Runway now.....love the show and there were certainly some hot guys.

At first I didn't like Christian and as far as attraction I am not at all attracted to him but he is cute and is hilarious, i'd love to hang out with him sometime and have him design some stuff for my sister and cousin...LOL. His outfits are certainly the most outrageous but he isn't scared to push the envelope so as far as designers he's my favorite right now.

Rami is hot but I have to admit I love Steven......he was just so cute and something about him was sexy in my book :) Like gvlatinboi said that there is just something about him that I can't put my finger on it.
 
When I started the season I didn't think I would care for Christian because he seemed too over-the-top. He is actually my favorite designer now and I get a kick out of his personality.

Do you know guys who are that super-flamboyant (or are you like that yourself)? Just some innocent/fierce curiosity. :D
 
I predict Christian to be the winner of Project Runway 4. Jillian will come in second place. As far as third place it's hard to decide who it will be. Rami or Chris? Probably Rami.
 
I predict Christian also...Jillian is good but she has no personality and it shows in her clothes.

:badgrin: to the "puffy sleeve" comment because I was thinking the same thing. I'm back 'n forth on Christian. Sometimes I think he's funny/cool and other times, too much ego/bitchy.
 
I think Christian as well...he is the most consistent in his work..well...besides the prom thing...which was TERRIBLE but justified considering...Jillian's stuff is such a yawn...Rami only wants to design for middle-aged women going to lunch or a nip-tuck in NYC...Chris...well I just don't see him giving up the compulsion for costume
 
For the PRC post... i really thought Lucian should of won.. i mean he has the MOST experiance and it shows... what he made had lots of different past collections infused together... where as Biddel's collection was very new and too-street/casual i mean that's if you're basing this on how they judge PR : America i mean look at it this way... they kicked Sweet P off because she didn't do anything that seem high-fashoned... going back to PRC i thought MG's collection was good, and i do not think that it is just a one-season ordeal, like, what the judges harped on, but i do think that the collection was not very trendy, but it was not very classic it was very grey for me, no pun intented. i mean if i wanted trendy i would go for Biddel's and if i wanted classic i would go for Lucian's.
 
Not happy. Wanted Chris to be in the final 3.

I am a little confused. On the bravotv.com website, they show 5 designers at fashion week. However, the preview for next week only act like 3 are showing. So Chris and Sweet P were at fashion week, but they aren't going to show it on tv?

because ny fashion week was several weeks ago, all 5 showed at fashion week to prevent any leaks for who the actual final 3 were going to be.

so yes - chris and sweet p got to show at fashion week - we just won't get to see it on project runway.
 
Human hair though...Does he use the teeth for jewelry? It is almost like he wanted to be eliminated. Rami's stuff looks like costume rejects for the first season of Star Trek back in the 60s...LOL...I really Liked Chris' concepts but the creepy factor was off the chart
