I am a little confused. On the bravotv.com website, they show 5 designers at fashion week. However, the preview for next week only act like 3 are showing. So Chris and Sweet P were at fashion week, but they aren't going to show it on tv?

There's always at least one (this year two) Project Runway decoy(s) showing at Fashion Week.

The finale for Project Runway only shows the top three designers.

I know, I gagged myself. But that's because he MADE it worse by calling it human hair. When the judges were discussing it, you hear them say it's actually hair extensions, not real human hair that was used.
 
But yeah, if it weren't for the creepy factor, Chris should've gone on to the final. His skirt with the clips was insane! that took dedication.

And his dress should've been more easy to walk in, he could've made the bottom more flowing with a wider opening, but otherwise it was a lot more creative than Rami's black dress.
 
I wasn't terribly impressed by either of their 3 looks; so I didn't really care who made it (although I just figured Rami would)

But anyone else chuckle with the judges kept saying how "dark & gothic" Chris & Rami's collections were...wait till they see Christian (who said he was going for a gothic look) & Jillians (who Tim said her stuff looked so cloudy)
 
I really want Christian to win. He's the fiercest bitch in the whole competetion. He's young and he's already that good, imagine what he can accomplish when he's Rami's age and have a larger apartment.
 
Rami's evening gown was gorgeous...but all three of Chris' outfits were gorgeous...he should have made it.
 
I am rooting for Christian to win, and I think that Chris really did get screwed over because his three looks were a lot better than the ones Rami presented, and I think a lot of outside influence came into play in the deciding factor. It also angers me because Chris' dress in the last challenge was clearly better than Rami who put out what he always does; I feel the show execs were really just trying to get Rami into fashion week for whatever reason.
 
I totally agree...I told my friendgirl that watches the show with me via phone... LOL..that Christian Jillian and Rami would be the 3 last...I told her this weeks ago....I think it has more to do with the fact Chris doesn't have any "formal" training plus the fact he's a COSTUME designer...and Michael Kors...please...get online...his new collection is such a YAWN...no wonder he loves Jillian's work
 
Posh is a guest judge...Jillian or Christian will win...Posh isn't exactly the "drape" kind of girl :)

I predict Jillian because she's been "quiet" but her designs are "ballsy" like Heidi said.

Christian's been built up SO much and he's so arrogant, but the "puffy sleeve" just screams that he doesn't know how to attach a sleeve to a torso
 
I think Christian may win. I love Jillian, but sometimes I think the clothes she wears is much cuter than the clothes she makes. I'm very interested in seeing her collection!
 
Chris' collection was very strange with the human hair. It seemed like he just gave up.

Rami suprised me with no draping. All the judges commented that it was a very good and commmercially sellable collection.
 
I still think Christian will be the winner.

But, then again there could be a shocker with someone else winning. Who knows it could be Rami.
 
I think it will be Jillian, because she has a good balance between commercial and high fashion in her clothes. She seems to be a little bit obsessed with jackets though, which is probably where the 'cloudy day' is coming from.

If Christian doesn't reign in on his penchant for excess.

Rami's collection was just horrid. If looked like just really awful costumes to me. LOL

OMG...Joan of Arc...It looked like he was designing costumes for one of those TERRIBLE low budget movies they do on SCIFI Channel.
 
I fully agree with the judges' decision.

What a remarkable collection!

All of the buzz after fashion week was that Christian had to win. The reaction to his collection at Bryant Park was phenominal. They really downplayed it on the show tonight, so as to make it seem like the reactions wrere equal, but that isn't at all what happened.

Christian's designs are SO much more "the next European designer" not the next American designer...and who the hell is going to wear his clothes besides Posh?

Jillian should've won
 
Many people thought that Christian had the only coherent collection.

People thought Rami's and Jillians's clothes were beautiful and well tailored (for the most part anyway), but that the designs didn't always fit together.

Sweet Pee showed a very nice collection that could easily make a good ready-to-wear line.

Chris' collection was way too campy.

While he did try to tone it down a bit, they were mostly costumes. He did however get a very strong crowd reaction, moreso than Jillian and Rami.

In a sense, TV didn't do justice to Christian's collection. In person it was just breathtaking.

And coutour fashion isn't at all about who, if anyone, will wear it.
 
I mostly agree with the judges decision as far as their collections went

The only thing I loved of Jillian's was her jacket & I liked Rami's gowns

Christian had more stuff I thought looked better, but in the long run, who knows? (he's never really made stuff for people other than models, how commercial is he?) But he had the most appealing & fierce designs of the 3
 
Rami's looked really awful...sorry

Jillian's looked liked she went to someone's closet and dressed the models

Christian's while extreme had the only coherent point of view

I feel like Christian might be the one winner that actually does something. the rest of those fools win and then you never hear from them again.
