Protein Shake Drinkers!

I use to think protein shakes were kinda gimmicky, so i did the natural eat a ton of chicken and white fish, few cards abd few fats. Not atkins style but close.
I got ok results but when i started to add in creatine and NO2 prework and a quality protien shake ( i like ON Iso WHey Platium) and i add a scoop of "Pure Soy" soy protien,post workout. I really bulked up once i started doing that and keeping my lean meat intake high.

I think your general diet matters more, the shakes and bars are like boosters but if you diet overall sucks, then whats the point?
 
There's no doubt that creatine builds muscle mass. It's long term effects, esp on the kidney are still not clear however. I would avoid it personally.
