Queen Latifah [merged]

Re: Queen Latifah Parties…With A (female) Stripper..

nigga try what again.

be direct and call me a liar or look it for yourself,

?

in (non southern) common american english, using the word "care" at the begining of the question insinuates disbelief of the of the one being questioned.

nigga so don't start actin like a little bitch when i get at you how the fuck i wanna get you,

but........ let's chill.

why get all snarky online, we're never gonna see each other in person to see what tone of voice you'll really take with me so what's the use?

kill it.

nigga and snarky in the same post...lol

>>>By the look on Queen Latifah's face, she was definitely enjoying the full frontal display of the stripper's lady parts.

You think she'd be looking AT the stripper's lady parts if she enjoyed them all that much. That said, I'd say she's gay. Not because of the stripper, but because no straight woman would wear that outfit. :)

Couldn't give a rat's ass about Queen Latifah but carry on.....

Re: Queen Latifah Parties…With A (female) Stripper..

First off, don't ever refer to me as a "nigga". You wanna degrade yourself, that's fine, but don't pass your idiocies on me; i don't have time for it.

You brought it up, so i expected you to prove it too. Guess i'm asking to much from an internet "thug" to actually back his words up.

Should i have said "can you please show me proof, mister man"?
And can you prove that using "care" as an inquisitive means just that?
Oh, wait, i'm expecting you to back up your words again.

Ooh, that's what they call your whining about your past life when it was completely irrelevant to the topic at hand?
I need to write that down... "get at you" means "i'm about to press the waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahbulance button".

You're whining about fire hazards, and I'M the bitch. Gotcha.

I wasn't snarky in the first fucking place. Again, i asked a very, simple, question. If you can't comprehend that, that is your fucking problem. Not mine. So no, i'm not dropping it.

let it go kid.

we're never gonna see each other.

and no, i didn't read your post, no reason, just let it go.

unless your in orlando for whatever reason, let it go, have some cheerios.

I am going to check out Queen Latifah's new talk show next month. Anyone else going to tune into Queen Latifah's talk show next month?

I know some people in the gay community are upset she won't come out but I get it.

I understand, why Queen Latifah doesn't want to come out she probably doesn't want to the media attention and she wants to maintain her privacy.

Queen Latifah isn't coming out because she doesn't believe in airing her personal laundry to the press. Also, the black gay celebs who have come out, if people have noticed are not really big stars. Queen Latifah, Tyler Perry, ect. they are A list/B+ list Hollywood stars.

The higher profile black gay and lesbian celebs have A LOT TO LOSE, so they are not coming out of the closet anytime soon.

It isn't the same thing, white gay celebs like Anderson Cooper, Matt Bomer, they can come out and have a career.

But high profile African Americans have so much to lose. Luther Vandross never came out and I understand it.

Now people will say well Wanda Sykes came out but she's a D list comedian, she's not a star.

Raven Symone she's young from a different generation from Queen Latifah and shes' also worth over $400 million dollars.

Queen Latifah also knows her demographic is mostly African Americans and even though everyone white, black, Asian, ect. knows she's a lesbian she lives in the glass closet.

Since Queen Latifah's core market is African Americans, I think a part of her is fearful of losing her fanbase and of course MONEY if she comes out.

And that's the biggest thing, is the unknown.

Although, I do wonder though, doesn't it get tired for Queen Laitifah to live this facade? How many ways is she going to continue avoiding discussing her personal life?

The talk show format is all about getting personal, so I wonder how Queen Latifah is going to navigate that part of her life?

Also, the best part is Queen Latifah is MASCULINE, she isn't an effeminate/lipstick lesbian stereotype.

We have to respect her right as a human being on what she wants to reveal about herself or not.

LOL.

I don't know why Morrisey feels the need to make excuses for Queen Latifah or any other black person who hasn't come out yet.

There is something a little pitiful about it.

^Morrissey has really just replaced pisces_ken as Mr. Champion of Black Rights, but at least pisces_ken changed the rhetoric and decided being human and not just a sad racist caricature was more pleasing to the palate.

As it is, Morrisey and Kane managed to ruin the Wentworth Miller coming out with their bullshit, and with all the bullshit and contradictions I just read in this thread, I think I'm done with Morrisseys' minstrel show.

If people are talking about Latifah NOT coming out, then who says she's gay? Not her apparently, so how would anyone else know? Or if it IS common knowledge about her sexuality, then how would that hurt her career since everyone seems to know then?

MorrisseyX - I agree with you! It's only the Gay Mafia who is pressuring Queen Latifah to come out.

:##: Why do you insist on behaving like Gladis Kravitz? If you want to participate in the conversation, just lay down your anger and join the fun. You don't have to make negative comments from behind your curtain. MorriseyX hasn't said anything to offend anyone, and neither have I..

Hmm I am not sold on her being gay 100%. The women is as fierce and as outright in her views as they come and I don't think being gay is something she would hide. I mean on her first album she was mentioning needing jimmy hats for protection. Saying that who really cares if she is or not, she is damn cool and that is all that matters!

I disagree. Frank Ocean came out and his album was #1 because of that.

When did Frank Ocean specifically state that he was Gay or Bisexual? He only "implied" it through a poem.He has never addressed any issue nor has he publicly announced his gaydom. Stop making him a hero because he's clearly not.

I saw her in my neighborhood on bikes with her girlfriend --or at least she appeared to be from the body language and interaction--the Queen was being very sweet to her pretty, femmy girlfriend stroking her cheek and looking into her eyes:p it was a quiet side street in the Village and there were people around and she wasn't trying to hide anything---but IMO she doesn't need to announce it if she doesn't want to---no one does as long as they are not being hypocritical.
