question about Statutory rape?

i didn't do any of this, i am just curious.

so here are my questions.

1. suppose that a bottom adult had anal sex done by an underage guy, can that adult be charged for this? after all, the bottom was the one who got "raped".

2. if a guy got sucked by an underage guy, can the adult be charged for this crime, too? What if they just jerked off together, can that be called statutory rape, too?

i think that i already knew the answer, but that just seems a little absurd.

your logic is flawed

just because someone is the one who was penetrated, doesn't make them innocent of a crime- using that logic is the same as saying a woman cannot rape a man, because he is the one penetrating her (discounting anal penetration with a strap-on or such)

legally, the adult in the situation is still guilty of statutory rape, regardless of who did the penetrating

also, i think for your second question it would be something akin to 'contributing to the deliquency of a minor' or something along those lines. i'm not sure what terms would actually be used, but yes i'm sure they could be charged with something

Cause that happens all the time, lol. I was surprised though that the poster thought if the minor had sex with him than isn't the minor at fault. Strange way of thinking. legally a minor can't consent to sex, so the adult can be charged

First of all, to be clear, statutory rape differs from forcible rape in that sex is not forced upon the person who is penetrated.

Secondly, even if the minor was the one who did the penetration, the older person can still be convicted of "corruption of a minor," "carnal knowledge of a minor," or "unlawful carnal knowledge." It doesn't matter whose dick is in who - the older person is can still be found guilty of "corruption of the minor."

if you have a sex with a minor you are breaking the law.

my 2 cents...

stay away from minors...period. regardless of who does what, any sexual interaction with a minor will end you up in a boat load of trouble. if you are gay, and the minor is a boy, god help you. the homophobics will go after you hard.

just avoid anykind of interaction that would put you in a compromising situation, actually just avoid minors period. if you can't, you might have a problem and should seek counseling. go find someone your own age (assuming you are an adult).
