Good morning, Foxy. I hope work will go smoothly for you today as the shops on the high street continue to close down at an ever increasing rate! Where I live it’s mostly cafes and restaurants that have taken over from where the shops once where. Quite sad, when we used to have butchers, drapers, men’s clothing, books, white goods, pokey secondhand shops, amongst others, and they all sold absolutely everything!
Well, I’m just about to go out on the bike for the day.

I work for the kind of business that will probably continue to be successful for a very long time to come, unless they overstretch themselves, which I suppose is a possibility. I know it's convenient to be able to buy everything or almost everything in one store, but I too miss the days of separate stores

Hello, my dear Mr. Fluff-Butt No, I am not in hiding Naturally I am upset and disappointed by the defeat, but I am still very proud of my lads and I'm sure they will bounce back in the next League game and hopefully go on another unbeated run and maintain the gap

Bad news, the serpent is dead It survived into the New Year (a miracle in itself ) but finally succumbed to a violent demise. This may go some way to explaining why my nephew wasn't in the best of health last week. Poor baby
